Rancho Life Fit is a fitness class for all levels. Led by professional instructors with decades of experience.
Mondays, 6pm.
Cardio
We begin the class with a 20 minute walk around the facility. During this time you can connect with others in the class and get warmed up for the remainder of the class.
Strength Training
After we are warmed up from our walk, we will begin our 20 minute strength training. This will improve stability and overall strength.
Stretching
After our strength training, we focus on stretching to cool us down and increase flexibility.
